Cookie Policy
3.1 What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files that websites store on the user's device when they visit them. They allow the website to remember information about the visit in order to ensure the correct functioning of the service and to improve the user experience.
3.2 Cookies Used by Fluximage
Fluximage takes a minimal approach to cookies. Only technically necessary cookies for the proper functioning of the service and one functional cookie during the coming soon phase are used:
Cookie / Technology | Purpose | Type | Duration | Consent |
|---|---|---|---|---|
Clerk session | Maintain the authenticated user session | Technically necessary | Session / persistent | Not required |
Stripe | Fraud prevention in payments and payment session management | Technically necessary | Session | Not required |
Preview cookie | Access to the website during the coming soon phase | Functional | 30 days | Not required |
Umami (analytics) | Web traffic analysis. Does not use cookies or collect personally identifiable data | Cookie-free analytics | N/A | Not required |
3.3 Cookie Banner Requirement
Conclusion: Fluximage only uses technically necessary cookies (Clerk, Stripe) and one functional cookie (preview). In accordance with Art. 22.2 of the Spanish LSSI-CE and AEPD guidelines, strictly necessary cookies are exempt from the prior consent requirement. The analytics tool Umami does not use cookies. Therefore, a cookie consent banner with category-by-category options is not mandatory, although a brief informational notice about the use of technical cookies is recommended.
3.4 How to Manage and Disable Cookies
Users can configure their browser to manage, block or delete cookies at any time. Please note that disabling technically necessary cookies (Clerk, Stripe) may affect the proper functioning of the service, including the inability to remain logged in or to complete payments.
